What to expect when we arrive.

What we bring

Portable diagnostic equipment, Real-Ear verification equipment, and supplies for cleaning and adjusting devices. It fits in a case and sets up on a table.

What we need

A quiet room, a table, and an outlet. Nothing else. You do not need to tidy or prepare anything.

How long

A first visit is usually 30 to 60 minutes. Family and caregivers are welcome when you want them there.

Identification

We will introduce ourselves, and you can ask for identification at the door. Please do, for any home visit from anyone.

What we do not do.

We do not diagnose or treat medical ear conditions, provide emergency care, or ask for medical records or insurance details through this website. Sudden hearing loss in one ear needs urgent medical attention.
